WHEELED MIRROR/CELL TRANSPORT BOX

A transport box is highly recommended for 18" and larger scopes.

16" scopes are fairly manageable with the cell and mirror Left in the mirror box. A transport box will make it much easier If you have stairs or a long way to bring the scope into your house etc.

14.5" and 12.5" scopes are pretty easily loaded and unloaded with the Mirror and cell in the Mirror box.

Those who are storing their scopes in un-heated/cooled sheds or obsevatories should seriously consider the transport box, enabling them to keep their mirrors inside their homes. This will help keep mirror coatings protected from outdoor environmental hazards, dust and insect problems.
